Unwanted Orders
We accept returns of any non-custom products. If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. Upon receiving the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. If the items pass inspection, we will proceed with the refund.

If your original order qualified for free shipping but returning items reduces the order total to below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. We will need a photo of the damage to assess the situation and find a suitable resolution.

Issues with Your Order
For any other issues, such as incorrect items or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving these concerns promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error with the order.
